ICT has introduced a new amphoteric fluorosurfactant which is a low VOC water-soluble product in a glycol stabilized aqueous solution.  It is ideal for use in hard water, including brine systems.  Thetawet FS-8400 provides outstanding surface tension reduction to 16 dynes/cm. and is an excellent choice for wetting difficult to wet, low energy surfaces.
